As the current COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, there are many questions and uncertainty surrounding the upcoming summer. We are optimistic that with the steps being taken now, we will be able to run our 2020 summer programs, get the kids back on the ice and ready for the fall!!
In order to continue planning for summer while easing the financial burden on our customers, we are making the following changes to our summer camp enrollment process.
1. To enroll in a summer program, you no longer need to make payment in full at the time of enrollment! An option is now available to simply make a 25% Deposit to secure your spot!
Simply enter the code "DEPOSIT" in the "Discount Code" field of the shopping cart and click "Update". Depending on the program, the cost to reserve your spot will only be $61.25-$89.75!! The remaining balance will be due approximately 3 weeks prior to the start of the camp. You will receive an email with instructions on making the final payment.
Note: If you are enrolling as part of a group, you will still get the group discount (as well as the early registration discount if you enroll before 4/15)! When asked if you are enrolling as part of a group, answer yes and include your group size (eg. "Yes - group of 2"). The group discount will be deducted from your balance due.
2. In the event that the program you register for is cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19, you will receive a credit voucher for 120% of the amount you paid! This voucher can be applied to any future program and does not expire!
3. If the program goes ahead as scheduled, but you decide not to attend, or an adjusted school schedule conflicts with your camp, you can receive a full credit for the amount you paid simply by contacting us by email prior to the start of the camp.
We understand this is a challenging time for everyone, and we are hopeful that our summer programs will be able to bring a sense of normalcy back to the kids.
Be assured, the safety and well being of our students, staff and their families are paramount and we will follow all recommendations from the CDC and government entities as we proceed.
Thank you and if you have any questions, please feel free to email us.
